To maintain data security and reliability, we will be performing a scheduled maintenance on Sunday, Feb. 11, from 9:00-9:30pm CST.
During this time, delivery of all new email and SMS messages will be delayed until after the maintenance is complete. This includes email subscription, double opt-in, and SMS confirmation/welcome messages.
Email and SMS metrics, people timelines, and workflow triggers using email and SMS events will also be delayed until after the maintenance is complete.
The user interface, APIs, and other services will remain available during the maintenance window.
No action is required on your part. Once maintenance is complete, you’ll be able to send emails, run automations, and view metrics as normal.
